Photo developing
Yesterday was a productive day.
Met Liz for lunch and passed her a map of New York along of places to go to and stuff.
And then Bin for some first time photographic experience: Learning how to develop and print my own photos.
Went to Peninsula for the appropriate film and then trigger happiness along Sg River (cliche I know) before developing that roll of film at Objectifs.
The entire process was tedious. It’s like a picky chemistry practical lesson. With mixing and ensuring things are of the right temperature (20°C~!!!) making sure stuff are dry~. Agitating the film (sounds so LOL, it just means shaking the container containing the film). Winding up the film around the drum in total darking is damn lol. (”dudeeeee where’s the scissors?”)
Unfortunately we were only able to process the film. Photos printing didn’t turn out too well. :/ Should probably try again next time.
Taken by Bin while waiting.
