The year in a post.

Posted December 29th, 2007 by minicloud

It’s that time of the year when you talk about what you have done in the past year.

I’ve been blog surfing for the last 1/2 hour looking at the way some other people blog.
I am envious in a way that they can talk about what ever they like to, when on the other end, I have plenty of inhibitions to consider. But let’s just skip the emo-ing.

and oh~ minicloud is going to be a year old~!!!
Pls be sending birthday greetings. it could be a video, a pic or just text~!

Looking at the past year, it seems turbulant at times.
I was at the very bad emotional state for the first few months, everything seem to be inflicted by my new job.

But then again, everything I have now is due to my new job (which isn’t rly new now if you consider it).

This was a year of big changes.

I travelled to places I never thought I would go. And places which I’ve thought of going but never had concrete plans to go, I went there too.
Even right now, I’m typing this entry in a place which I wanted to go SO badly this year.
And I’m finally here.
In New York City.
In Manhattan.
(complete with police sirens and car horns in the middle of the night)

I saw so many people and places this year.
Many of which I never really got the chance to blog. I have a backlog of beautiful places which I’ve never gotten round to writing about, Venice, Milan, Cape Town etc.

I gained some friends and I lost some friends this year.
I don’t feel sad cause shit happens. And I figured if it doesn’t bother me that much, then it’s okay.

And as with many great things that have happened in this year, I’m grateful that there has been an even greater monkey man that is supporting me all this while.
Thank you so much dear.
