The little joys and cheap thrills

What a rush.

I sewed a piece of garment for the first time in almost a year.
And I finished it in 3hours.
It took longer than expected but it’s cause I changed the designs and it required more work.

I am not the most pleased with it cause I kinda rushed through it. But I’m pretty glad it turned out the way I wanted it. :D

The adrenaline that was rushing through my blood while sewing felt amazing. It’s something that I’ve not felt in a long long time.
It felt like rushing for my assessment when I was in school.
It felt like there was a purpose.
It felt like accomplishment.

It wasn’t just like finishing an exam like normal students do. but actually creating something tangible.
I enjoy this cheap thrill.
The adrenaline has worn out and I’m dead beat.

i hope I don’t look awful tomorrow. DX
