Tokyo Thoughts
I’m in Tokyo now. Full of thoughts…at 5am in the morning.
Travelling alone and being away from home really gives much room for thinking and self-reflection.
Sometimes it bothers me how people think of me, but yet at the same time, I really can’t be bothered to do anything about it.
People who don’t know me personally will always misunderstand. They judge you from the way you dress, your interests, your profession even they way you look ( I was born this way, get over it.) I don’t blame people piecing together a mind map of sorts about how a person is like before knowing him/her personally, but spreading vile rumors is totally unacceptable to me.
I honestly can’t please everyone. I stopped doing that a long time ago. It’s just too tiring.
On to other news, Many have entrusted me with things to buy when I’m here. I have to buy everything tomorrow cos I really wouldn’t have the time aside from tomorrow.
My colleagues are very nice people to hang out with. It really is amazing how different people with different working attitudes bode so well together. This has been one of the best trips ever.
I miss my friends.

Anyone that spreads rumors should really take a look at how corrupt their characters are
and how much it says about themselves.

Ling told me that nothing how hard you try, there will be at least 10% of people who just don’t like you. It’s even more so if you become an important figure, or is generally well known.
Can’t be helped I guess. But those idiots should be smacked though.
Anyway, I’ll see you on EOY. I’m sure it’ll be a blast.
