First day of work after my long annual leave turned out to be really nice. Thankfully I had some company for work.
I’m in Zurich at the moment, the weather sucks balls cause it’s raining. I don’t like rain. I don’t mind cold but rain on top of that is just…. =.=
I’m heading to Taipei again which I absolutely love. I think it’ll be time to stock up on summer clothings when I’m there.
I overspent spectacularly in Tokyo but still I’m thinking of getting the LV speedy. HOWWWWWWWW?
OH I’m gonna digress. I was just thinking about bloggers, their online persona and them in actual life. I have actually seen about 3 of them in real life.
- One was short, and expected to be.
- One was actually pretty cute and very close to her online persona. None of those photoshop nonsense.
- The last one, which I saw just last week was a joke. Photoshop, overexposure, weird camera angles, hair, fingers, arms and wadever possible to hide her blotchy skin and short stout frame.
I think it’s an overexposure to Disney at a young age. Alot of girls in Singapore fancy calling themselves “princesses”. I’m pretty cool with liking pink and shiny glittery stuff, I like that myself, but sometimes the state of mind these people are in boggles my mind.
My idea of princess is someone gracious and generous. Most likely very kind to animals. She has to have a godly type of beauty that makes girls jealous but not hate her. Humilty, kindness and of course, throw in a castle and an expensive stallion (aka porsche or ferarri) and you’d complete the whole image.
Unfortunately, I can only think of one person that fits the bill and she’s not a proud person who expects everything to go her way and she’s not even a blogger.
The rest are probably delusional. I can deal with people who wants to be princesses. I mean my perception above of them are pretty good qualities to desire. But people who think they’re princesses. Or address themselves (and probably wants others to do so) as a princess are a whole category of nutcases on their own.
They’d probably blog like this:
Princess is sad today because some other bitch bought the last pink bikini with diamante. I was there first~!!! *whine whine*
But nvm, Princess about alot of other things today.
I bought a bag, shoes, spagetti strap~ etc etc etc.
Princess lives happily ever after with all my pink possessions.
-The end-
I don’t suppose guys desire to be a Prince so yeah, the total “I want to be a Princess so there’ll be a Prince for me” thing kinda doesn’t apply here right now.
Wahahha~ I’m amused at how I wrote that quote thing. Maybe there’s a small chance that these people are merely amusing themselves when they type like that.
I’m gonna go out now. cya peeps.
