Never would I dream of the day where I would start taking pills on my own accord because:
I suck at swallowing pills
I snort at the thought of having something artificial replace my nutrients that I get from food
I’m way too cool for supplements cos supplements are pills and only sick ppl swallow pills
but alas, I’ve succumbed to them cos my aging body calls for it and I don’t like feeling tired all the time. When you hit a certain age, you wonder if your body was like that 5 or 10 years ago, whether your skin still retains that elasticity or if you pant after chasing a bus.
So i braved the local GNC store and bought myself 2 bottles of supplements. One multivitamins+anti-oxidents for my daily nutrients and a bottle of vitamin E cos I’m a vain bitch.
Pills still smells like pills. I hate pills. bah~

hey thanks for your concern! oh my… your friend’s case sounds scary… so she has to go for surgery or sth??? but when i move my eyeballs it doesnt feel like those needles… just that it feels tired real easily n will tear.. so i tink it isnt that bad?
